These Dubai-style Apple Nachos are made with crisp apple slices, pistachio butter, chocolate tahini, and crunchy granola in only 5 minutes! You'll just love this quick, sweet-and-crunchy snack inspired by the flavors of Dubai chocolate.

As a dietitian, I've enjoyed apples with peanut butter for years. And while I still love classic apple nachos, sometimes it's fun to put a new twist on a classic recipe.
This recipe started with a conversation at a farmers market about pistachio butter from Nutty Novelties (not sponsored). I wasn't sure about the idea at first, but then I thought of how much I love chocolate tahini, also known as chocolate sesame spread.
The combination reminded me of Dubai chocolate, with its pistachio-tahini filling and crispy Kataifi pastry. My version uses granola for crunch, making these apple nachos an easy way to enjoy the favorite flavors of Dubai chocolate any day of the week.

Why You'll Love Apple Nachos
- Easy to Make No cooking, no baking! Just slice the apples, thin out the pistachio butter and chocolate tahini, then add granola.
- Healthy Snack Lots of fiber and phytonutrients in this recipe!
- Kid-Approved Who doesn't love a refreshingly crunchy snack that's equally as salty as it is sweet?!
How to Keep Apples From Browning?
Best Tip: Use Cortland apples! I recently learned from an apple farmer that Cortland apples don't brown. I had no idea. So, if you care about apples browning and can find Cortland apples, use them.
Next Best Tip: If you slice the apples within a few hours of serving, toss them in a small amount of lemon juice, just enough to lightly coat them.
Ingredient Notes
