Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds to a minute, or until desired consistency is reached.
Add additional salt and pepper to taste, as needed.
Notes
Only add water if you would like to thin out the salad dressing. If you cut this recipe in half, you may want to use a hand-held immersion blender or small blender (like a Magic Bullet) in places of an upright one. It is important for there to be enough ingredients in a blender so that the blades are completely covered. This salad dressing can be used on salads (of course;) or used to drizzle on avocado toast, chicken, salmon, and more.
