Strawberry Balsamic Dressing

Made with fresh strawberries, this healthy salad dressing will have your family asking for more!

  • 1 cup strawberries stems removed
  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon water optional
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Wash strawberries.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds to a minute, or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Add additional salt and pepper to taste, as needed.


For a thicker dressing, use less water.
If you cut this recipe in half, you may want to use a hand-held immersion blender or small blender (like a Magic Bullet) in places of an upright one. It all depends on the size and capability of the upright blender.
